Effective 1 January 2026, Beyond Dental Care will transition away from the Smile.com.au provider network.
Why the change? After many years of partnership, we have made the difficult decision to withdraw from the program. The prescribed fee structures are no longer sustainable alongside the high costs of the premium materials, time, and advanced technology we use to care for you. To maintain the standard of dentistry you trust us for, we can no longer participate in this specific fee schedule.
Yes! We would love to continue being your dental home. The only change is that we will no longer apply specific Smile.com.au discounts to your visits after 1 January 2026.
If you have already started a specific treatment course prior to 1 Jan 2026, we will honour the original Smile.com.au fees through to the completion of that treatment, even if it extends past January 2026.
If you have a plan issued after 1 October 2025, we will honour those fees for exactly 3 months from the date your plan was created.
Any new treatment plans or appointments booked under a new plan after 1 January 2026 will be based on our standard clinic fee schedule.
